So everyone knows the classic Gozilla (Gojira) storyline- strange beast emerges from the ocean and goes on a rampage through the city. Later Gozilla movies featured the classic character battling other giant creatures, but what if those monsters battled in an over-the-top, king-sized wrestling match? King of the Monsters tries to answer that question by pitting monster against monster in a winner-take-all wrestling tournament spread across 12 locales loaded with buildings and environmental pickups. Throw enemies into the ropes, knock them down, and get a pin to advance. This game is pure goofy fun for kids-at-heart who always loved monster movies. Check it out.

Story

Choose from six monsters in this wrestling-themed battle. If you defeat all enemies, then you must face all monsters again in new locations to claim the championship. As you fight, you're likely to smash buildings (oops) and destroy the city. You can break off parts of the environment to use as a weapon. You also can fling your enemy into the "ropes" (a protective laser beam wall) just like a regular wrestling match. Wrestling and giant kaiju monsters goes together like peanut butter and jelly.

Tips & Strategies

Stay off the ropes- you can end up stunned if you stay too long.

Press attack and jump together for a special attack.
